Memphis workforce strategist and entrepreneur Raychel Chism is building a connected approach to address all three.

Chism is the founder and CEO of Respectable Results, a Memphis-based, state- and federally contracted workforce development firm that connects employers with reliable talent.

Chism holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Employment Support Professional. She is also a graduate of the Social Security Disability Benefits, Work Incentives, and Employment Support Programs course.
She is an alumna of the New Memphis EMBARK program, a graduate of the Operation HOPE Small Business Entrepreneurial Training Program, and a Truist Foundation Fellow.
Her experience combines human resources, employment services, organizational strategy, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
